How Do I Sign Up For The MOD Rewards Program?

Log into your customer account by clicking "My Account" located in the top right corner of your screen. Enter the email you used to set up your account and its’ associated password. If you've forgotten the password, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot Password." Once you’re logged in, click on the MOD Rewards Program icon located at the bottom right hand corner of your screen. This will display the number of MOD Points you've earned, your MOD Boutique Rewards Tier, and reward information. If you not an existing customer, register by clicking on the "My Account" icon located in the upper right hand corner of our website.
