How Long Until I Get My Store Credit?

If you did a return request on our website and chose in store credit, you will receive your store credit as soon as the return is marked "delivered" by the carrier. If you did not do a return request on our website or did not use the prepaid label provided, your return will be processed within 5-7 working business days. If you chose to send the return back on your own - please send us the tracking number so that we can attach it to your order.
